I offer endurance coaching in a fun and challenging way, designing innovative and inspiring exercise programmes which suit the health and fitness of my clients. My coaching caters for all areas of running, cycling, kayaking, mountain biking, swimming and various discipline combinations.
 

I have helped numerous athletes, from beginner through to elite, to successfully achieve their goals in multisport and endurance events. My various services offer a complete package for beginners wanting to get to a high standard quickly or the intermediate and elite wanting to move to the next level.  Whether you are a true beginner, a recreational rider, or hold a race licence - the right coaching package is available for you.

Here you get it all: The academic background of an Exercise Science Professional, a Tri NZ L1 Accredited Coach, a Cycling Australia L2 Accredited Coach, a C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach, ASTA Swim Instructor and a elite level competitor with 10 years coaching experience. 
 
The training plan uses Training Peaks 3.0 analysis software and TrainingPeaks online training log and software. I strive to use the best available tools to get you your custom-made training calendar. TrainingPeaks has been the leader in training software for several years now and is the official training partner for USA Cycling, USA Triathlon, and several other national cycling associations.

As a client of mine, you have full access to your training calendar anywhere you are... at home, at work, or on holiday. All you need is an internet connection and you and I can stay up-to-date on your performance. Other features of TrainingPeaks include power file upload (SRM, PowerTap, GARMIN, Polar, etc).
